DesiMind collects information you provide directly, including name, email address, and business information. We also collect data through Facebook Login to connect your Facebook Business Page.
We use your information to provide and improve our CRM services, connect to your Facebook Business Page, generate AI-powered content, and send communications related to your account.
When you connect your Facebook Page, we access your page name, follower count, and post data solely to display analytics and enable posting from DesiMind. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Facebook access tokens are securely stored in the database and are never exposed to the client.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at naviaulakh26@gmail.com. You can also disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from Settings.
